Exclusively through your NYSBA membership, you now have access to two comprehensive PPO medical plans, one EPO plan option and a High Deductible Health Plan, all including prescription drug coverage. This flexibility allows you to design a benefits package that works for you, your family and your employees.

     NYSBA PPO $40 with $10/30/50 Rx  

     NYSBA EPO $40 Plan with $10 Unlimited Generic Rx
