Affinity Access is our online account management tool. This gives our customers the ability to access their account information 24 hours a day. With Affinity Access, you can:

• View current and past statements
• View current and past enrollments
• Add, terminate and change an employee's enrollment
• Access annual renewal documents, options, plan details and make your selections online
